On Parent Portal, you can:
-Register your child for classes
-Check your account balance
-Pay tuition and fees
-Access documents, music, and videos from ESB

How to Register on DANCE STUDIO PRO’S PARENT PORTAL:
1) Click “login” from the new Ekklesia Website or use the link sent out to all ESB families: https://dancestudio-pro.com/ online/ekklesia
2) Enter your email address twice, create a password, and enter your personal information
3) Click “I take classes” if you are registering yourself, or click “add a student” if you are registering someone else
4) Under “Taking Classes” you will register each student who is taking classes.
5) Under the drop-down “Location” bar, click Ekklesia School of Ballet.
6) Fill in emergency contact information, fill in birth date, gender, medications, special needs, allergies, and primary doctor.
7) If you are adding another child, click “Add a student”. Follow steps 4-6.
8) Answer the security question and read the agreement. Click the box next to “All of the above apply to me”. Read and agree to the injury release, personal property policy, photo/video consent, physical contact, privacy policy, rules and policies, spring performance/ahavah waiver, & tuition policy
9) Your parent portal will open. Click “Enroll in Auto-pay”
10) Process:
Click “Add a payment method”
Under “payment information”, click “Add a new payment method”
Enter your payment information
Click “Save”
Click “Save Auto Pay settings”
11) Go back to the parent portal home page and click “register for classes”
12) Click "Summer 2022" or “Fall/Spring 2022-23”
13) Click the classes you would like to register for.
14) Scroll to the bottom and click “submit”. You will see a message prompting you to pay your registration and performance fees. Click “Finish Registration Now” to complete.
15) If needed, confirm the waivers
16) Click “Make payment”
Please note: Students ages 4-6 may register for Ahavah (Christmas program) without an audition.
